Caravan Plumbing - Gas and Water

When you turn on your tap or start your stove, do you stop to think how the water or gas made it to your appliance? The answer is one of compliance and complexity. Making sure your caravan has the modern comforts we have come to expect starts at the beginning.

This process begins at construction when a complex series of pipes, junctions and fittings are laid into the growing van. During the fit-out process, the van is pressure tested before Australian regulated appliances are individually installed, tested and certified.

We are proud that Snowy River has built its manufacturing process with your utmost safety at the forefront. Customers can rest assured all vans are individually checked and certified for local gas compliance and Australian watermark guidelines before leaving our Melbourne factory. To ensure maximum safety standards are met each appliance requires a certain airflow and transfer. Snowy River caravans make sure that all our vans meet or exceed these requirements.

All pipes are secured out of harm’s way and relevant covers and guards are fitted to ensure your plumbing system remains compliant over the many 1000’s of kilometres you and your Snowy embark upon.
